North Fork UVA Discovery Park

Motiska Design developed a new Master Sign Plan for North Fork — a discovery park where the spirit of ingenuity from the University of Virginia fuels dynamic collaboration. Located just a few miles north of Charlottesville, the 500+ acre park brings together science and technology firms, government agencies, academic institutions, startups, and nonprofits. North Fork is a place where new ideas take shape, innovation thrives, and success grows.

Motiska Design created a comprehensive signage program that includes entry monuments, vehicular wayfinding, pedestrian directionals, building identification, and building name signage. A system that enhances and reflects the park’s forward-thinking identity.
